Problem in Saving event of H02 Protocol in database

i have a device with h02 protocol and i enabled power cut alarm and this is my log when server receive alarm

after this i don't have power cut alarm in device events and i think also in database (from report -> Events -> select device with all events option)
what is the problem?

If the alarm is decoded, you should see it.
