Surely server log will show info what the issue is. Errors from server log.
Exactly, there is an error, that's the problem. I contacted A2Hosting support and they confirmed that there was no error, which is why I've come here to ask my problem.
So what is the content of your server logfile then.
What troubleshooting have you done before asking for help here?

Good evening and hope you are well. I have a problem installing traccar on my a2hosting vps server. I followed the installation instructions that I found here https://www.traccar.org/install-digitalocean/ and I didn't get any errors. However it does not work. I would like to know please what to do.
