Reset password don't set new password - Latest Master Modern App

I have some customization on latest master so before I create a ticket I thought to check first if anyone else are having the same issue.
On latest master in modern app:
I select "Reset Password" and receive the reset password link via email (https://mydomain.com/modern/reset-password?passwordReset=d6ba2fe6xxxxxxxx9fc41b0axxxxxxxx)
I follow the link, enter the new password and select "Reset Password" which is confirmed with "new password is set"
But it does not set the new password and I can still log in with the old password.
Anyone else having the issue?
