samsung galaxy with traccar client

Rodrigo7 years ago

Hello,
I'm trying to use my samsung galaxy 3 with the app from the client drive and I can not connect. The app shows that the server starts, synchronizes the location, but fails to send the information to the server.

See the settings I'm using:

Service status = Enabled (turn on);
Device identifier = the unique ID generated by the platform;
Server address = http://r.gpsbe.net:443
Frequency = 300;
Distance = 100;
Angle = 15;
Type GSM

I have an iphone 5c and downloaded the app from the traccar client and it works perfectly well with the same settings. The problem only happens in the android samsung galaxy.

what am I doing wrong?

Your server URL seems wrong. Are you trying to use HTTPS? Why is schema HTTP then? Also, what kind of server is that?

this url http://r.gpsbe.net:443 is used with the traccar along with the system freevehicletracking.com. Within this system, it is possible to create a Trace ID and use with the traverse client inside that website

Where did you get the URL from? It seems to be an HTTPS port. You should be using https://r.gpsbe.net.
