Scheduled Reports/Calendars just don't work

And i have gone through the servers logs and i have seen nothing.

Are you meaning trips.xlsx as it exists and also i have been going over the log after every test and there is nothing in the log about anything besides the trackers postion changing etc

The schedule doesn't make any sense to me. Why is the report only 4 minutes long?

that was for a test previouly in other test it was over a day/week. i just wanted to see if i could figure out why it wasnt working and also during that time, vehicle postion data was being sent in/tracking data

Any time period you do should be more than 15 minutes. That's the frequency of our checks.

That makes sense, but it doesnt explain why my longer tests still werent sending through. Ive just updated my calender and my report to reflect my current time +- 15mins, to see what the results will be.

the calander is now set to 1:07 start with a 1:24 end. and the report has also been updated.

Is the SMTP configured correctly? Have you checked server logs for errors and warnings?

i just got the email it all works, besides a 15m delay after the actual report/calandar ended. Could you tell me. if i change the calnder to a different time, whilst i have a report synced/using that calandar, do i have to go back into the report and then just save it again or does it automatically just run based on the calandar.

You don't need to re-save the report. Changing the calendar is enough.
