I add all the Sinotracks I have running by putting a 0 in front of the ID. In your case, it would be 07026178584, and I have used port 5013 or 5015.
When I set 5015 it gives:

I'm not sure why it nows changed ID to 363137383538
I've added this ID to web portal (with and without trailing 0) and this helps a little:
Data from logs:

Device is now showing as Online (but without any location)
After couple of minutes it changed back to offilne.
I've changed port back to 5013 and now logs format changed to:

This helps for a few moments, becasue some data were transfered to web portal - I was able to see location on the map and all details were shown too. This was provided to the object with ID: 7026178584 (without trailing 0)
Port 5013 is the correct one for your device.
When you select a wrong port, you can get a completely incorrect device id. That's expected.
Finally it is working.
Port should be 5013.
And ID should be: 7026178584 (without trailing 0)
I was forced to reset gps few times to get proper logs format.
Thanks for all your support!
Hello,
I've bought sinotrack st-915 4G
I'm trying to add it to Traccar server.
It is constantly offline.
I was trying to connect it using all ports from https://www.traccar.org/troubleshooting/ and found at least two which provides correct data:
or
So it looks like some data is sent to my server, but all the time on web page device is marked as Offline.
I've created two device, one with ID: 7026178584 (as seen in the logs) and second device with full imei.
What is wrong with this device?
