skypatrol sp3600 and traccar and chips claro

I'm trying to configure my Skypatrol GPS with Claro, but the log file says it's not accessing port 5023. Is there a thread here related to this?

Hola Nelson, los equipos SP3600 y 4600 usan el puerto 5078 por udp.
Cualquier consulta estoy a disposición.
