SMS Test Failing and showing server CCS from traccar.org

Yes done lots of searching and I also took the exact configs from an existing server that was working flawlessly.
I've been going through the work arounds and nothing seems to help. I've reverted back to 6.4, all working as expected.
The only thing you need to do is update the templates.
In version 6.5, sending SMS without line breaks is already working?
I updated the templates but it still won't send.
It always worked.
Do I only need to update the templates or is there anything else I need to update?

I updated the templates here, it only sends the SMS with one line, when we change it to line wrapping it gives an error, how do I solve it?
New lines are not supported in 6.5. You have to wait for the next release or try the preview version.
Where is the preview version?
Is this function already working on it?

Hello, I have built a new server using Debian with the latest version of Traccar. Everything is working as expected including web and mail notifications. SMS notifications are failing and I get a red band across the bottom of my screen with raw CCS code from traccar.org. I can not identify any errors in my logs.
Any suggestion as to where to look or what configs I should look at would be most appreciated.
