My gps tk103 protocol is online ( green ) but no gps data recived !! The position is always in the sea !! Any suggestions ? I test same gps device in traccar last year was working i install a fresh ubuntu server today then i go this .

It usually means that you device doesn't have a GPS fix. Is the device outdoors with clear sky visibility.
