Teltonika FMB110 - traccar not getting data

Hello!
I bought a teltonika FMB110 GPS. I installed in my computer traccar server. I setting all data with correct ip, port (5027) also my firewall. The GPRS signal is fine. In my configurator i can see the gps sending data but in my server do nothing. I installed on my phone client program and it's working fine. What is the problem? Where is data? In traccar server log nothing. I checked the port (udp) and it's open.

If you don't see anything in the log, it probably means that device doesn't report anything to your server.

Hi thanks for your answer. I testing your demo server "http://demo3.traccar.org/". My phone (ID: 768394) Its sending data.But just if i change my phone on. Then lost connection for your server. My teltonika FMB110 i think send data IME: 352093085902277 can you check your log file if your server receiving any data? My teltonik its working apparently.

I don't see any data from your device in the logs.

Thank you. I think working. My problem was the sim card. I changed then it's working correctly
