Teltonika FMC LBS data not being decoded
It needs to be implemented in the decoder. Currently it seems like it's not supported.

also in the meantime, is it possible at all to use computed commands to push the received data into the required variables to make this work at all?
It's not possible to use computed attributes to set network data. Pull request would be great, but a normal issue is also fine. Make sure you provide log samples, documentation etc.

i have a question to do with teltonika FMC units, and LBS.
The units report MCC and MNC on io 241 and this correctly shows up as "operator" in the 'more info' window,
and cell tower info comes in on io636, but only shows up as 'io636' and i can see this data present in the 'more details' window for each unit,
it does not appear traccar using this info, even though LBS is configured correctly and traccar is processing LBS data for other branded gps' ok.
Is there any specific configuration keys required for the teltonika data so traccar can use the io636 data for the geolocation requests?
