The video isn't working

When I click the command to start the video, I don't get any errors, but when I click to view the video, the image doesn't open and a connection error appears; however, in the previous version, channels 1 and 2 open normally.
Why do you need to send commands?
After updating to the latest version, the JT808 video protocol (port 5015) stopped working; I have an installation running version 6.14 where it works perfectly.
