Topin protocol SOS alarm: PORT 5199

I am using latest version of Traccar. Using Toppin protocol on port 5199 currently everything is working totally fine only. I am not getting SOS alarm. Other alarms are fine. Just let me know that do I need to configure it by my own or it's already comes with sos?
