Traccar client schedule
Instead of implementing scheduling functionality in Traccar Client, I would recommend to use shortcuts and a scheduling app (e.g. Llama).
I thought about this, but it's not possible because i want to be hidden version, a person can not install it to make changes in schedule.
I see. Then I guess it's better to contact the author of the fork.
That and i wanted to do, but the profile on github has no contact email address.
And i thought maybe someone here can help me.
You can create an issue in master Traccar Client repo and then reference person as @ulion. He will receive an email notification.

On Android you can use third party scheduling apps to enable and disable service.
