Anything that can improve the usability or functionality of the platform is worth looking at. Enhanced indoor tracking would be a good gain.
Nils Leideck do you have some affiliation with this service?
Dear Anton.
No, I don’t have any affiliation with that service.
I’m simply always looking for ways to improve the tools I personally use. That includes suggesting ideas, giving feedback, offering support, or sharing potentially useful integrations. If something seems like it could add value or enhance functionality, I like to bring it up — nothing more than that.
I am more than happy to support you with further information. I am not a developer, so I cannot add value by coding – but I am sure there are other things that must be done for Traccar.

@Nils Leideck
Why should this service be interesting ?

Without paying you can only use it as an end customer. Many traccar server users (who have their own server) are not using their server for themselfs only or use it as a business. And i do not see Real price info.
@Track-trace,
that is a very good discovery. Honestly, I did not read that page when I created this post. Reading trough that page now, it seems that WiGLE is intentionally avoiding to provide a professional solution – Thanks for highlighting this!

As part of Traccar’s ongoing development and in response to the demand for flexible, community-driven geolocation solutions, I would like to propose the following:
Integrating WiGLE as an additional geolocation service provider into Traccar.
WiGLE (Wireless Geographic Logging Engine) is a community-based databases for Wi-Fi and cellular networks. By integrating this data source, Traccar can:
Implementation can be modular, similar to existing geolocation providers, with configurable prioritization and fallback mechanisms.
Integrating WiGLE would not only expand Traccar’s technical capabilities but also strengthen its openness to community data—a clear step toward an even more robust and versatile tracking system.
What do you think about adding WiGLE as an optional geolocation provider to the roadmap?
