Traccar not working on Google Pixel XL with Oreo
I have just tested on Android O emulator and it works fine, but I have also updated target SDK.
I have just tested latest official release on emulator as well. No problems.
Are you sure you are using Android O release, not a preview?
I am on Build OPR6.170623.012, which is the official Oreo Public Release according to Google https://developers.google.cn/android/ota
The only way to get some information about the problem would be to make a debug built and check it using Chrome Developer tools.

I am still waiting for Google to upgrade my Nexus 5X to Android O. Maybe on a real phone I will be able to reproduce your issue.

Traccar Client is a native app. What does it have to do with Chrome?

I have the Manager on two devices, one on Android 7.1.something and the other one on Android 8 Oreo. The one on Nougat works fine, but the one on Oreo cannot get past the start screen (does not even get to the login screen)
Any way for me to provide a logfile, if that could assist you in the tracing, let me know.
It's not a train smash as I am able to use the other phone.
