Unknown User Account Appeared

Hi

On a few occasions an unknown user account has appeared in my user list. I am the only admin user. Would the server software somehow create these types of users or is it likely that someone has gained access to my server hosted on aws. Details of the latest user that has appeared - Name - Zuz7IJ, email is a .com precede by- 2o5pTBXuzRXQ2zA6NWvF3T4RSIu@tcUwa. I have deleted the account.
