use server time instead of device reported time for position update?

On further look, it appears to be server/listener wide and not by device. Short of maybe a computed attributed to overwrite it, I assume this is not possible for only 1 device?
Is it possible to have traccar use the server time when a position is received instead of the device reported time? I have a buggy device that is reporting the same time for every update until 24 hours has passed.
