What are the various timers? for example:
How long without a position update can the webui go before changing the icon from green to tan?
What triggers the change from online to offline to unknown?
What times are set for the above?
Any others that change the status of devices in the UI?
It appears that anything over 600 results in devices going offline.
How much data is transmitted/received (from iphone client)? Am I correct that it is about .6k each transmission, transmitted at intervals of seconds in the device setting?

There is only one timer to go from online to unknown. Default value is 10 minutes.
I think amount of data should be even less than that. Interval is in seconds, yes.
