We are unable to create alarm . Is it possible to use this alarm from mobile device ?
Do we need to enable this alarm anywhere ? Any coonfigaration needs to be done
Yes, you do need to configure it. We have documentation for it. Please make sure you read the documentation before asking for help.

Looking for alarm feature . The alarm itself is not coming in that web interface .
Unfortunately you're not providing any useful information to troubleshoot the issue. You haven't even mentioned what alarm you're talking about.
We trying to connect mobile device instead of GPS device with server thats where the web alarm is not working.

We are unable create alarm .
We have configured Traccar v5.0 server in a window server and try to create alarm for a mobile device where we have insttaled traccar client but its not working .
Any thing needs to be done in order to configure this feature ?
Please suggest your opinion .
