I also contacted their support. Traccar is installed and service is started. They dont know whats the problem. Now im at work and I can open my site, but when i disconnect from work network I cant?!
Sounds like you have some network issue. It has nothing to do with Traccar itself, if it's accessible from one place.

Hello! I have installed Traccar on VPS server on inmotionhosting. Everything went well. They use centOS. Weird thing is I can access Traccar platfrom from work(i did installed it from there using Putty) but I cant access it from any other location. I have tried over 4G network also over my cellphone, still nothing. The moment I switch from 4G to wireless, site is opening.
