Wrong data in trip report
The solution starts with checking what the device actually send. You can see it in the log.
You also forgot to mention what version you're using. And what report configuration.
I solved the problem with this setting circled in red. I am using the latest version 6.12.2

That used to happen when a device lost network and sent stored data, time vs distance ended in a reversed distance calculation.
Can't tell if is not still happening.
it's possible...the two devices I noticed it on had been without a battery for a long time...and on the first drive somewhere in the middle of the trip this calculation appeared
