All my clients stopped working (demo3)

I am using:

  • 2 iOS clients
  • 2 Android clients
  • web manager (Firefox, Win10x64)
  • manager on iOS.

Today all clients became unavailable after ~12:00 (GMT+3) - in web manager (tried legacy, modern) & iOS manager.
I am using demo3 server.

A few days ago (when some changes on server were made) my iOS manager also started to work strange:

  1. Open manager application.
  2. All devices (4 total) are unavailable.
  3. After ~1 minute they become available.
  4. Switch to another application (or switch off a phone, i.e. switch off a screen).
  5. Open manager application (or switch on the phone first).
  6. Same story from points "2", 3".

Earlier after opening the iOS manager application my clients were found much faster.

Confirmed! My Traccar Android client also can't send data to demo3. I used it yesterday (~26 hours ago) without any problems.

Guess this is a problem with demo3 server.
Changed some client to demo4 - now this client is visible via web interface.
Hope that demo3 will be fixed, otherwise will have to change all other clients to demo4.

It still doesn't work on my side.

It seems to be working fine, so it might be some issue on your side now. I see a lot of Traccar Client devices uploading data to the server successfully.

The last problem was indeed on my side: I forgot to switch from https back to http, while troubleshooting the connection issue with demo3.
Now everything works fine.
