Android Phone as traccar server

Hello group, wondering if its possible to setup an android phone as a server? If so, can someone make a tutorial? Thanks.

I figured why not. Might be useful somehow. Could be a good way to repurpose an unused phone.

There are a number of ways to run linux on an Android phone, either natively or on top of Android. Google it.
