Dashcam Feature Issue

We are connecting dashcam to port JT808 - 5015 then tracking is visible but Start Video and Stop Video is giving error

When we connect to JT1078 - 5263 then video is working but tracking is not working.

Can you guide how to configure one dashcam so that both tracking and video should work

What's the error? Have you checked logs?

Maybe you did not configure web.url
