Geofence Problem - Some devices do not enter any geofence

Most of the trackers are on charter sail boats and it is full season now
i really do not want to make any changes this period. Ideally i do not want to reboot the server :)
What is the reason? If you rather live with some bug (probably multiple , including security ones) than upgrade the server, then I'm not sure what can be done. What kind of a fix you're expecting without even a restart?

Traccar version 6.10.0
Windows Server 2022
SQl Server 2019
Issue
i have a number of devices assinged to the same geofence
some of the devices the geofence id is recorded in the positions table and proccessed and other devices in the positions table the collumn geofenceids is null
i create a new Geofence and assing it to 2 devices inside the geofence
one device reports geofence enter and the other null
i have tried a number of things except restarting the Traccar Server
any help or ideas much appreciated
