Hello,

I've added a device TK108 from COBAN but it still offline.
i'm using the latest release, when i checked logs i got this (keepalive msg) :

i'm using port 5006 xexun, i've already tested the device on another platform and it worked fine.

Please any ideas ?

That HEX is not from your device. It's a request from a Firefox browser. You can verify it using our HEX decoder tool.

Why did you think it was a keepalive message?

i've alreaded decoded it :

Connection: Keep-Alive

Why it is sent from browser ?? this message is sent once i called the tracker but i noticed that there is no latitude longitude data in this frame

It's an HTTP request with user agent "Firefox/24.0". It's definitely NOT from your device. Do you have Firefox and have you tried entering cloud.example.com:5006 in it? That would explain this message.

i've configured my device with : dns123456 cloud.example.com 5006 that's it

Well, the sample you provided is definitely not from your device. If that's not from your browser, then it's from someone else's browser, but not from any tracking device.

can we try to add device to demo server ?
i can send command to tracker to pint on the demo server then you can check logs please

You can definitely try demo, but we can't provide free support for demo servers.

i have my own vps, but i only need to be sure that traccar support COBAN TK108.

If it comes online there, then you know something is misconfigured on your server side.

Why would you need the log when it comes online on the demo server?

Then you know that its working and you would need to check your own server then.

Hello,

I tested on demo server, it still offline !
I said that i will need logs if device doesn't come online.
I tested the device on the official platform Coban it works fine

Well, Anton wrote he cant give free support for demo server.

And what makes you think that demo server would have something in the log from your device while you do not have any data from your device in your own traccar server log ?

Please follow the troubleshooting guide on your own server. And provide the results if it still doesn't work.
