Traccar 4.14 + Telegram

Buen dia a todos, les cuento que hace unos dias estoy intentando poder configurar mi server traccar con telegram.
Busque en todo el foro pero encuentro soluciones para la version 4.5 pero no para la version actual 4.14
La unica solucion que encontre para la 4.14 es la que la consiguracion es por sms pero esta configuracion ya la tengo ocupada con washasap

Mi pregunta es si conocen alguna configuracion que pueda utlizarse en la version 4.14 sin usar la notificacion sms

    <entry key='notificator.telegram.key'>botMI_KEY</entry>
